Our Magical Vintage Fall Wedding

This weekend, four weeks ago, we celebrated our love together with family and friends. What a day it was – our smashing vintage wedding on September 24th 2016! Before we got engaged I’d secretly been dreaming about or wedding and what it would be like. My husband and I did talk about a future wedding from time to time, but the discussions revolved mostly around the size, the guest list and what kind of ceremony we would like to have. And then, British TV-host Kirstie Allsopp came into my life. She used to host this show, Kirstie´s Vintage Home, which during one period was aired on Swedish Television. I remember watching the episode when Kirstie was helping a couple with their 1940s inspired vintage wedding. It included an old castle, a huge draped tent decorated with buntings, a gigantic chandelier hanging in the middle of the ceiling, huge floral arrangements and the bride and grooms own signature cocktail – served in a coupe!
